Facilities & Grounds
Loveland prides itself on our well-maintained buildings and grounds. Our custodial and maintenance staff works to clean, repair and maintain the district’s buildings and grounds. They are also responsible for emergency maintenance and snow removal.
The summer is a busy time for our maintenance staff. In each school building, floors in every classroom and hallway are stripped and waxed. All gymnasium floors are also re-varnished. Every piece of furniture is cleaned, repaired and rotated into other rooms as needed. Rooms in each building are painted as needed. All athletic fields are maintained with stripes and lines added for fall sports. Further, all the grounds must be maintained with grass being cut as well as weeding, mulching and watering as needed.
NEW BUILDING USE FORM…as of August 1, 2009 the District has implemented a new system for requesting building use. The link and instructions to complete the new form are located below. If you have any questions, contact our Business Office at 683-5600.
