To provide the students and staff with a variety of appetizing and nutritious meals that provide 1/3 of the USDA’sRecommended Daily Allowances of important minerals and vitamins for a reasonable cost.

Cost of Lunches

The cost of a High School lunch is $2.50 for a value meal, $2.75 for the Tiger lunch, and $3.25 for the gourmet lunch.

You are welcome to pre-pay for your lunches.
We accept cash, checks made payable to Loveland Schools Food Service, or with the EZpay credit card system.

How to Pay for Lunches

Loveland Schools Food Service Program uses a computerized lunch program system called Café Enterprise. This convenient system allows parents to pre-pay for lunches in any amount on any school day regardless if the child is purchasing a lunch that day. Each child has his/her own unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can be confident that no one else can use the account or will know his/her meal status. The student’s school photo is displayed with his/her account, which allows cafeteria cashiers to ensure that another student does not attempt to access the wrong account. The cafeterias accept cash, check or credit card payments. Pre-purchases of lunch meals are encouraged

Your child is given a four- or five-digit PIN number as soon as he or she is enrolled in the schools. Your child will most likely have the same PIN number until graduation. If, for any reason, your child’s number would change (which is unlikely), you will receive advance written notice from the Child Nutrition Department.

New this year! Loveland Schools has a new online internet payment system called EZpay that allows you to pay for school lunches (and other school fees) online from your computer at any time in any amount. There is a convenience fee of 4.7% added to the total credit card transaction.

The new EZpay credit card payment system replaces the Lunch Phone credit card payment system. However, the Lunch Phone may still be used to request your child’s Participation Report or check on his/her lunch account balance. The Lunch Phone number is 697-3000.

Meals Only Purchases

Parents can request that a specific amount of money be set aside for meals only if they wish to do so. This pre-paid lunch account can only be used for the purchase of meals. Parents still have the option of directing their money into the
student’s regular cash account balance that can be used for any purchases made in the cafeteria for meals, a la carte food items, drinks, or snacks. If you want to have a specific amount of money set aside for meal purchases
only, please write that amount on the memo of the check, on the outside of the envelope if paying cash, or send a written note to the cashier if using the EZpay credit card system. Lunches are priced at $2.25 at the Elementary
Schools and $2.50, $2.75 and $3.25 at the Middle and High School. Please include a daytime phone number where we can contact you if necessary.

Parents of Middle School and High School students: the computer is programmed for the pre-purchase price of the $2.50 Value Meal. The register computer cannot be programmed for different meal prices other than the basic
meal price. If students purchase a more expensive meal for $2.75 or $3.25, they will have to pay the difference or the computer can deduct the difference from the
student’s regular cash account balance.
