Science “Super Cool” at LES!
Recently an LES parent, Mr. Austen, (NKU chemistry professor) visited Mrs. Rodier’s and Mrs. O’Dowd’s 4th grade science classes. Mr. Austin taught and demonstrated science experiments using liquid nitrogen which changes from a gas to a liquid at a temperature of -320 ºF. making it an exceptionally cold substance.
Hands-on and highly engaging, it’s a great example of our students benefiting from parent and community partnership!
