Weekly Update 2/10/2012
*Lunch menu for week of Feb. 13 – Monday, Feb. 13 – Whole grain Cheese pizza; Tuesday, Feb. 14– Baked popcorn chicken; Wednesday, Feb. 15 – Taco Haystacks; Thursday, Feb. 16 – Mini Corn Dogs; Friday, Feb. 17 –Brunch for Lunch.
*Peaceful School Bus Meetings – The second meeting of the Peaceful School Bus Groups will be Thursday, February 16. Students will meet with their bus groups first thing that morning. We encourage students to ride the bus to school that day so they can be included with their bus “community.”
*If you do not have dental insurance and your child is in need of basic dental care (exam, cleaning, etc), one of our local dentists is offering a one-time opportunity on Friday March 2nd here in Loveland for basic dental care. Please call 677-7973 if interested.
*Upcoming events at LES: Yearbook order forms were sent home. The cost will be $13 and checks can be made payable to “Lifetouch”. The deadline to order is February 29. No school for students on Monday, February 20 – Presidents’ Day and no school for LES/LPS students on February 21 – Parent Teacher conferences.
*Outside Recess – We encourage the students to get outside for recess whenever weather permits. Students need to be prepared with coats, hats and gloves.
* Flyers posted to the web site this week include Camp Invention and Champions Spring Break Camp.
