Counselor’s Corner

The counselors at Loveland Schools work both proactively and reactively to nurture a child’s ability to learn. Our programs include Character of the Month and I-Care, as well as counseling for children and families experiencing divorce, anger management challenges, or loss of a loved one. Our Intervention program can help parents and students identify a skill concern and determine an appropriate researched-based strategy for improvement. We may involve other professionals such as our speech therapist, occupational therapist, special area teachers, or health personnel. We provide close follow-up in evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention.
