Kindergarten Application for 2012-2013
Enrollment packets for the 2012-13
school year will be available beginning Thursday, March 1st.
Packets will be available for pick-up at the school office between the hours of
9:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m.
The following information is required at the time of
packet pick-up: Student name, address, county of
residence, phone # and the name of the person
receiving the packet.
An adult other than the child’s parent
may pick-up a packet , but they will need
the information as noted above.
